545 Terms & Conditions – Platform Terms of Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 545 platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document. These terms apply to all registered users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 545 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 545 platform.

The 545 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are not legally prohibited from participating in the activities offered. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the applicable age eligibility requirements and are solely responsible for complying with all relevant local laws.

545 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 545 platform. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. 545 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents where necessary. Registering with false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact 545's support team immediately. We recommend changing your password regularly and avoiding the reuse of the same password across multiple platforms.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

As a user of the 545 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of regulations applicable in Malaysia.
Attempting to hack, alter, copy, resell, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, software, or content without written permission.
Using automated software, bots, or any other method to manipulate games or betting outcomes.
Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account without authorisation.
Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information to other users.
Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal financial activity through the platform.

Any breach of these responsibilities may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balances, and legal action where appropriate. 545 reserves the right to report any suspected activity to the relevant authorities.

Payment Information & Transaction Policy

Currency & Payment Methods

All transactions on the 545 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, local bank transfers, and supported e-wallets. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum limits and processing times, as stated in the Deposit & Withdrawal section of the platform.

Deposit

Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed. 545 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems, banks, or payment providers. Should you encounter any deposit-related issues, please contact customer support with proof of transaction.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 545 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals where there are signs of suspicious activity or discrepancies in account information. Funds derived from bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements specified in the respective promotional terms before they become eligible for withdrawal.

Taxes & Charges

Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their use of the 545 platform. 545 is not responsible for withholding or remitting taxes on behalf of users unless required to do so under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The 545 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 545 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, processing errors, or disputed game outcomes. 545's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 545 platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, interfaces, software, and design — is the property of 545 or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 545.

Third-Party Links

The 545 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 545 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Access to such links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Suspension & Closure

545 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable law. In such cases, any legitimate account balance — after deducting any amounts suspected to have been obtained unlawfully — will be returned at 545's discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Governing Law & Amendments

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the 545 platform or these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.

545 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via notices displayed on the platform or through the registered email address. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
